For this reason, we are publicly sharing that we have submitted our application to qualify for the Special Tax Regime (RTE - Régimen Tributario Especial) before the National Directorate of Taxes and Customs (DIAN). It is important to clarify that this specific regulatory and transparency process applies exclusively to our operations and legal compliance within the Colombian jurisdiction. Belonging to this regime allows us to legally ensure that 100% of our surplus is directly reinvested in the social activities and projects that benefit the community.
