In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

1. References to 'It´s Possible', 'our', 'we' or 'us' are references to It´s P described in more detail in Clause 1 below.
2. References to the ‘privacy policy’ are references to our privacy policy.
3. References to the ‘terms and conditions’ are references to these terms and conditions as updated or amended from time to time.
4. References to the 'Site’ are references to this website: itspfoundation.org.

Information about us

itspfoundation.org is a site operated by It´s Possible. We are registered in U.S.A. under charity number 92-3057239.

Accessing the Site

• If you are under 16 please check with your parent or guardian before using the Site.
• Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Site without notice (see below). We will not be responsible if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
• From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site.
• We do not guarantee that the functions or materials accessible from or contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or faults. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all technical specifications necessary to use the Site and is compatible with the Site.

Intellectual property rights

• We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved.

The site changes regularly

We aim to update the Site regularly, and may change the content at any time. However, any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Prohibited uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site:

• in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

You also agree

Suspension and termination

• We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms and conditions through your use of the Site. When a breach of these terms and conditions has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
• Failure to comply with these terms and conditions constitutes a material breach of these terms and conditions and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Site;
  • legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs resulting from the breach;
  • further legal action against you; or
  • disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
• We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Site, you consent to such processing.
• The It´s Possible Foundation websites provide an international facility for donations to be made in multiple currencies. This allows supporters from any country to make a donation to It´s Possible Foundation on any of our websites, and for that donation to automatically be made to, and managed by, the relevant local It´s Possible Foundation Member organisation (if you're not from a country that has a It´s Possible Foundation Member office then your donation, and ongoing relationship, will be managed by the It´s Possible Foundation Member organisation with responsibility for supporters in your country). The It´s Possible Foundation Member that is responsible for your relationship will be identified on the donation confirmation page that you will see and in the transaction confirmation email that you will receive.

Linking to the site

• You may link to our web pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
• The Site must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
