Laboratory Scheme and Memberships

The role of Knowledge Expert (EES) will remain active depending on the membership that is requested by the EES and is approved in the organization, this will make it easier for the scope of its management to be realistic and fulfill the It's P service promise. The recurrence and complexity of projects that the EES can access will depend on their application, evaluation and approval of the requirement, and their execution will be monitored.

Related TRAINING Project Type	Pilot projects. First exits to project execution (prior internal evaluation).

Exceptions	Execution of projects included in one of the memberships.
Recognition and Mentions	INTEGRATOR Laboratory Team Member. Group recognition for team collaboration, INTEGRATOR badge after 6 months or more as Expert In Saberes (cumulative merit and valid per semester).

Recognition and Mentions	LEGACY Expert in own name/brand. Private recognition and merit. LEGACY Badge after 12 months or more being an active Knowledge Expert (cumulative merit and valid per year).

Management in	Execution, Project learning curve, Improvement strategies, Basic (fixed) edition of programs and projects.
Red	GROWTH Expert. Group of Knowledge Experts capable of editing specific components of programs and projects with basic and intermediate impact. INTEGRATING Experts (internal network).
Related TRAINING Project Type	First outings for project implementation, Flexible projects (with the opportunity to edit in delimited/fixed components).
Description of related TRAINING projects	Execution of FLEXIBLE/DELIMITED characteristics. Editable impact conferences according to the membership profile. Editable trainings according to the membership profile. Editable intermediate impact workshops/courses according to the membership profile. Regional and Global Forums standardized editable according to the membership profile. Regional and Global Webinars standardized editable according to the membership profile. Others that meet the conditions and requirements of delimited flexibility.).
Exceptions	Execution of standardized or customized projects.
Recognition and Mentions	“GROWTH Expert in own name/brand, Participant in fixed and temporary editions/client.” Private recognition, Mention as a candidate for IDENTITY projects, GROWTH Badge after 18 months or more being an active Knowledge Expert (cumulative and current merit for 18 months).
