A Knowledge Expert (EES) is a person or network of people who possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in at least one area of human well-being, either through academic training, professional practice or life experience. This knowledge is manifested in skills, techniques or focus strategy that promote personal growth, physical and mental health, and holistic development of individuals.
Key characteristics of an EES:
Broad knowledge: Acquired solid knowledge base in areas related to human wellness, such as health, nutrition, psychology, coaching, personal development, etc.
Practical experience: Has applied his or her knowledge in real-world settings, either through work, volunteer or personal experiences.
Passion for wellness: Demonstrates a genuine interest in helping others improve their quality of life and reach their full potential.
Communication skills: Is able to convey knowledge clearly, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Open-minded: Eager to continuously learn and grow, fostering a collaborative environment with other EES to build connections that promote well-being through the exchange of knowledge.
Values aligned: Your personal and professional values are aligned with the mission and goals of It's Possible Foundation.
Possible areas of specialization:
Health: Nutrition, holistic and/or functional medicine, physical training, stress management.
